Could you please try the following steps:
- Close the Reliq Updater App.
- Reboot your Reliq unit.
- Open the Reliq Updater App again and attempt the update once more.
We suggest to use the included USB-C to USB-A cable.
If the issue persists, please also try rebooting your computer before running the update again.
