We got a similar report recently and found a few potential issues that can occur if Reliq loses power during the autosave or load process. That can interfere with the internal index and cause behavior like what you described.
We’ve already added an extra layer of safety and made significant improvements in the upcoming Rlx update to better handle those cases — including restoring projects even if something goes wrong.
We’re also looking into the “priming” behavior you mentioned. That’s a really useful clue and might help us reproduce it. If you remember, was Reliq set to “LOAD LAST PROJECT” or “LOAD NEW PROJECT” when this happened? That could help narrow it down further.
