When using MIDI In as Input and CV as Output, many issues arming/disarming tracks and recording real-time input.
Expected: Selecting a MIDI input for, and arming a track set to output CV, and pressing record should capture input and outputs related CV from breakout.
Actual: Intermittent issues interrupt the expected flow. Sometimes notes aren't captured. Sometimes UI freezes. Sometimes MIDI input doesn't register/trigger CV output, etc.
How to reproduce
I've had a lot of intermittent issues that are difficult to give reproduction steps for, but I did find one scenario that is reliable:
- Configure a track (in my case it was track 5) to take input from MIDI In Ch 1, and Output to CV (in my case it was ch 5)
- Set the time settings for the track to /4
- Record a sequence using the full step range from real-time MIDI input
- Behold the weirdness (typically display will freeze or blank out, and two or three subsequent tracks will begin behaving bizarrely in the keypad display)
