This space is here to track confirmed issues and keep you updated as fixes roll out.
Before posting, here are a few quick tips to keep things clear and helpful for everyone:
Make sure it’s not expected behavior – If you’re unsure, double-check the manual first or feel free to ask in general discussion.
Is it a suggestion instead? – If what you have in mind is more of a feature request or workflow idea, please post it in the Feature Suggestions section instead.
Be as clear as possible – What did you expect to happen? What actually happened? How can it be reproduced?
Use the template – A helpful form will pop up when creating a new thread. Following it helps us fix things faster.
If you think the issue might be hardware-related, please contact us directly via email instead at support@reliq-instruments.com.
We’ll use tags like reviewed, fixed, and on version_x to help keep things transparent and organized.
