Hey @Cha ,
Thanks a lot for the detailed report — and really sorry this happened, that sounds rough.
While it’s rare, it is indeed possible for the autosave project to get corrupted if power is suddenly cut during a critical operation. That might explain the missing data on load. What shouldn’t happen, though, is losing all stored projects, that’s definitely something we want to understand better.
One possible cause is that the project filter setting may have been accidentally stored in a state where no projects are shown (e.g. a filter other than “None”), making it appear as if the list is empty.
We recommend trying the following steps to understand the issue better:
- Power up Reliq
- Go to the Project page and set AUTOLOAD to Clean Project
- Power off Reliq
- Wait 20–30 seconds
- Power it back on
- Go to the Project page again and make sure the Filter is set to None
If the saved projects still don’t appear:
- Try creating and saving a new project. After that, recheck if the older ones reappear.
- If that doesn’t help, you can also re-run the latest update to restore any potentially corrupted settings.
And if none of the above works, please feel free to send us an email at support@reliq-instruments.com — we would love to take a deeper look together and make sure everything gets back on track.
Thanks again for flagging this 🙏
