Assign program messages via midi to devices

Need to allocate midi program changes msb/ lsb and controller 32 to access banks to midi keyboards and other devices .
Where would it go?
In the the Seq screen or the clip screen with new drop menu
Is this something you imagine on a specific page (e.g. KEYS, MIX, SONG), or as a new mode, setting, or workflow?
probably in the seq environment or better yet in the clip area so individual clips could do program changes enabling multiple different sounds selected on the same midi channel .
Currently I have a few synths connected ( 3 x 16 midi thrus ) but cannot take Reliq live with any keyboards due to no program change ability.
Optional: Add mockups, reference links, or extra notes to help us understand your vision.
Would love to take keyboards out on stage as well as modular with the abillty to send program changes to the synths.
