Can't update to latest firmware

What’s the issue?

I can't get it to update. keeps showing "An error was spotted in the update file. Please reboot and try again" I've used the downloaded reliq software- originally it was getting hung up on the updater. Then it finally transfered, then froze.

I've tried with Mac OS and Windows 11. Both are updated.

I've used supplied cables and others too. Still the same message.

Must have tried about 50 times now.

Is there a factory reset/ flash?

Hi @dsoupz ,

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble.
Before anything else, could you please double-check the following:

Make sure you’re using a USB-C to USB-A cable (it’s fine to use an adapter in between).
Ensure the breakout is connected and the USB MIDI is disconnected.

If the update still fails after that, please let me know, we’ll take it from there 🙂

Yes I have used the supplied USB-C to USB-A cable, and the breakout is connected and the USB MIDI is disconnected.

Still the same issue. It transfers the file, then after the Reliq checks the file it reads "An error was spotted in the update file. Please reboot Reliq and try again"
