What’s the issue?
Hello. The whole top row of knobs stopped reacting when turned. They still work when pushed, but turning them in any direction doesn't have any effect in any menu/page. The two other knobs work normally. The grid pads also don't light-up anymore when I push them, whether it's in the matrix, seq, pitch... but they still "work" as the notes appear on the screen. This happened all at once when I turned my Reliq on at a venue an hour before my first live show with it. I am very disappointed because I had to cancel my gig, as I wasn't able to load my patch nor to build it again from scratch. I had carried the Reliq by hand to the venue, taking the bus, so I know it didn't get damaged on the way there. I have since returned home and my Reliq still doesn't work in its "usual" environment, where it worked perfectly yesterday when I rehearsed for the last time.
How to reproduce
- Just start the Reliq, nothing happens when I turn either knob from the top row.
