Midi Issues - Multiple midi notes when Input and Midi device set to host port

What’s the issue?

Seq track set to recieve midi from host (Arturia Keystep) and Midi External Control device set to same on settings page, tracked armed. Note plays on keypress and keyrelease. Also no clock to host, thus cant use arp on Keystep.
Also midi sent from multiple devices (example: host, usb midi, and midi in ports (midi ALL option) should except midi input)

Please describe what you expected to happen and what actually happened.
1: Clock sent to host device from reliq.
2: Note only on keypress

When midi setting page does not have external device set - then seems to work as expected when midi input is set to host - except no clock is forwared to host.

Rlx version: 1.1.3 release
Connected devices: Arturia Keystep
DAW or software used: none

Hi @Iriond! Thanks so much for reporting this 🙏 At the moment, the MIDI host port doesn’t support MIDI clock yet, for your setup, you could try using the MIDI TRS port instead for this purpose

Regarding the notes being triggered on both keypress and key release, I might not have fully understood the issue. Could you maybe explain a bit more, or share a short video showing what happens? That would really help us look into it.

When pressing a key on the Keystep, a note plays both on keypress down and key release up. This happens when both the seq track is set to midi in from the keystep, and when the settings page has the Midi External Control set to the Keystep as well. When the settings page does not have the keystep set for the Midi External Control then only a single note is played on the press, and releaseing the key does not add the extra note.
