No usb midi in, only usb midi out.

What’s the issue?

Sending midi from ableton. I get no midi in to Reliq. I can send midi to Ableton from Reliq. Using midi out/in port 1 on Ableton. DAW mode working with ableton midi port 2. On Reliq seq I have input set to USB midi in so should work. Playing the KEYS on Reliq I can play the CV instrument, so I know that is set up properly with the breatout. Any ideas?

Thanks a lot for the detailed report @grdoe 🙏 We’ve been looking into this but haven’t been able to reproduce it on our side just yet. To help narrow it down, could you please try the following steps?

Disconnect Reliq USB-MIDI from both Reliq and your computer, and start a new project on Reliq.
On the SEQ page, go to Track 1 and set the output to CV.
Enter a few notes on Track 1 and check that the Pitch/Gate/Vel outputs on the Breakout fire correctly.
Open a new project in Ableton Live → Settings → Link, Tempo & MIDI, and set the Control Surface of Reliq to None (just temporarily disabling it).
Connect your computer to the USB-MIDI port of Reliq.
In Ableton, on a MIDI track, set the MIDI To port to Reliq (MIDI In 1), Channel 1.
On Reliq, set Track 1 Input to USB MIDI and Input Channel to 1.
Arm Track 1 and send notes from Ableton Live.

If this works as expected, we can then re-enable the Control Surface in Ableton and check again.
